The easy to install cat-back system uses the factory hanger mounts making the total time from removal of your stock system to installation of the Legato cat-back exhaust, a 90-minute job for even the most novice enthusiast. Our kits come complete with all of the hardware you will need to install the system in your driveway including and additional chassis hanger and isolator to position the driver’s side section of the dual exhaust.

"Install was on a 2007 F-150 Lariat with 5.4L and a K&N cold air intake. Interior decibel readings at 80mph (approximately 2100RPM) and cruise control on were 70db prior to install. After installing the system the truck registers a 71bd at 80mph with the cruise set. The system provides a nice grown under acceleration and no noticeable change in interior sound levels at cruising speeds. Installation

Legato Performance Exhaust systems come complete with everything you need to install the system on your vehicle including detailed instructions, tubing, mufflers and clamps. Our systems work with the factory hanger designs and will easily replace the stock system meaning you can install the complete system in your driveway using simple hand tools. In most cases, no cutting of the factory exhaust is required because the Legato kit connects to the factory exhaust where natural breaks occur. If no break is present, a hacksaw to cut the tubing and a metal file to dress any sharp edges should be used.
