Awesome easy installation
Ordered cat back on 9-1 with draw on my checking account on 9-2 and 11 days later still haven't received my tracking number. First communication stated I would receive tracking number via email in 5 days. Still nothing.
Had factory axle backs installed at 1,200.00 when purchased in 2015, going to order these and they should fit right in ,about a half hour.
Quiet if I wanted to be. loud if I want it to be sounds great. Wish I found you before I spent a lot of money on flowmaster. Drove the car 2 miles & could not stand the drone. They will not take it back. Last flowmaster I will ever buy.
Had them installed at local muffler shop for $75.
How a V8 Camaro should sound from the factory. Not too loud to annoy neighbors, just the right growl when I get on it. Turns heads without being obnoxious.

I like the sound little to no drone but I do have a noise at warm up in one of the mufflers it rattles just a bit then stops and is not makeing my wife to happy

Just had my mufflers installed and they sound great. Exactly what I was looking for and everything that your website said they were, a nice throaty sound. One thing, when I received my mufflers the box was smashed, re-taped and the muffler hangers and 1 of the tips were sticking out. I inspected them and there was no damage to anything, but I would suggest shipping them with styrofoam shipping peanuts. Overall, it is a fantastic product and I would recommend to anyone who wants a great sounding Camaro!

I've been building and driving muscle cars for 40 years. Both modern and old school. As I approach retirement I want to do less wrenching and more driving which is the reason I bought my 2015 2SS RS. DID NOT want loud and obnoxious. Listened to all the sound clips and the Legato sound was exactly what I was looking for. Easy install and it looks and sounds great!!! Very happy!!!
Deleted the resonators and had the exhaust welded on! The car sounds incredible!
The exhaust sounds great! However, as I'm picky about the looks of my car, I have different logo styles on the tips. Yes, it's noticeable when people look at it as I am an auto repair woman I can spot differences quickly and easily. Let me know if you would like pictures.

My new exhaust arrived quickly and undamaged, I installed it the next day easy install like most reviews the measurement of 9.5 inches for the cut on the original pipes was to much I cut mine at 5.5 inches using your reference points great fit could be a little louder but overall sounds great highly recommend.

Fit perfect. Don't follow measurements in instructions were to cut your pipe. Do your own measurements. Everything else is great. If you remove the resonator and just run straight pipe where it was it will sound even better. Not too loud and not quiet either. To me the deep growl is perfect!
Price was excellent compared to some other names is what appealed to me first. Had Mad Hatter Ehaust install it (welded, no clamping) and am very, very pleased. Awesome rumble when idling, deeper tone when normal driving with a semi aggressive tone when you nail it. The 4" polished tips look far better than the stock. Very pleased with my purchase. Easy to put in! But be careful the 9.5" that the instructions is too much. I was around 5.5"..... but went in easy and sounds much better! The ss went from sounding like a sedan to sounding like a performance car! Not too loud but you know it's there!
Install was very easy and fit was perfect. Even tips were perfectly centered. Sounds very good on throttle and quiet at cruise speeds. Does have small deep droan at lugging rpm even with an auto trans.. Would recommend to all

I watched multiple YouTube videos of different exhaust systems before I decided upon the Legato axle back system. Price was a big factor along with what sounded the best. I had the system install by a friend and it was fairly easy. I am extremely pleased! It sounds awesome cruising and idling and there is only a small amount of exhaust sound inside the cab. I would definitely recommend this product.
The box arrived and everything was packaged nicely, double boxed, wrapped, etc. The install took about two hours because I didn't want the first cut to be too much, so I ended up cutting twice but got the perfect fit. Once off the ramps I noticed one side now stuck out further than the other, a quick adjustment by loosening the clamp and all was perfect. Very happy with the sound at idle, not enough to draw undue attention, but under throttle a nice mildly aggressive throaty tone. Best money I could've spent. My next car will also have a Legato exhaust system.
I received the product a couple days after i orderd it really quick process onstallation was really simple in fast got it done at the muffler shop for 40 dollars. When i first turned it on after the installation i was amazed i fell in love with the car all over again lol no drone what so ever!! Price was legit! Would totally recomend. Now my SS Sounds and looks good!!!!
Checked the reviews before i puchased all are dead on the exhaust sound good. It perform like i thought it would it was a good addition to mu upgrades that have been done.
This axle back system has a great tone to it. Although to get the complete sound that I wanted, I had to delete the resonators! Overall, very please with a great price.
Sound was very tame and not much louder than factory mufflers. I was pleased with the price but I guess you get what you pay for.

Got this axel back for my '15 Camaro 1LE. It was a simple install. I had my local muffler shop weld it to my exhaust. Quality & Finish is second to none.
So the biggest question, what's the sound quality like?? Well folks, I currently have long tubes with cats with a X-pipe resonator delete....Boy does it purrrr now!! Deep & mellow muscle-tone. Quite when cruising, but when you put your foot in it, it turns into an all out BEAST!!! I'll be posting a video here soon....so stay tuned.
On a further note, the only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the driver's side tip had about a 2-3 cm. scuff/abrasion that was very noticeable. Granted this is my daily driver, but I'm still very OCD about stuff like that. I will be contacting Legato about it to see what they recommend to fix the blemish. Otherwise, this is a great buy & bang for your buck! If you're still on the fence about this system folks, jump off of it now!! Totally worth every penny in my honest opinion.

Legato system sounds very nice. Great tone. Very nice sound. Put your foot in it, and it comes alive. Almost no drone what so ever. Quit pissing around, and buy this system. You will like the way it sounds. My 2015 Camaro SS, sounds like a muscle car should now. I did a resonator delete, installed a x-pipe. And the Legato axle back mufflers. Love it. I have been getting a lot of complements on the sound.
I am really pleased with my axle back.With my long tube headers and x pipe it sounds raw and intimidating at wot but at cruising it is toned down with absolutely no drone.In first and second gear at part throttle it gets a really good sound around 2000 rpm.Just cruising around at about 40 mph with about 10 percent throttle input the torque converter unlocks and the tone changes and you are gauranteed heads will turn even though the throttle is barely pressed.At wot it is not quite as loud as straight pipe but can be heard from a good distance and has a refined sound compared to straight pipes.I am still trying to find a camera to record the sound appropriately so I can post a video.My car is stock other than a complete exhaust system but you think it has a lot more in it by the sound.Cant wait to hear it once I get my supercharger.In park with a quick light throttle input as the engine decceleretes it gets a pop,or burble that I love.Also does that sometimes on start up.At idle it really accents the stock cam to the point that even the average non car person takes notice.Again this is a car with long tube headers and no cats with a 3 inch x pipe.With my setup I can have a noticeable idle,crisp sounding part throttle input,wicked wot and still cruise around and without drone or unwanted attention until I decide its needed.I am really pleased with the system and would order another for my wifes 5.0 mustang if we had not already did her exhaust before mine.

Best axle back exhaust out there for my money. No drone as advertised. The way it should have sounded from the factory. Cruising is as quiet as the original factory exhaust,but Idle and acceleration is much more aggressive ! Legato has demonstrated excellent customer service with their follow up emails. Legato axle back exhaust is an excellent product and I was impressed at how well protected the shipment was, having 2 boxes to protect the merchandise. I had a muffler shop do the install for $60 simply because I didn't want to get under the car to cut the pipes without ramps. From what I could tell, installing them would have been a breeze if I had a lift to get my car high enough off the ground.
As far as the sound, it took a day for me to be thrilled with the new sound, perhaps due to the break in period. I absolutely love the sound of it now that it has been on for a few days. It has that deep rumble at cold starts and also when you back off the gas and the RPM's drop. I want everyone out there to know that you cant go wrong with the Legato exhaust system. The price is awesome and the quality is excellent. Why spend a fortune on Corsa, Borla, Magnaflow, Flowmaster,etc when you can achieve similar quality performance and sound out of the Legato system. I don't keep cars beyond 3 years and this offered me the best solution to achieve the sound/performance without breaking the bank, considering I will trade my car in after a few years. I would gladly recommend Legato to anyone looking to buy an exhaust system and save some money.

This system sounds good with or without other exhaust mods and for the money is an unbeatable value for auch rich, smooth sound. I have modified plenty of exhausts before with other name brands and this is a smooth as it gets. Highly recommended. (The hangers for the drivers side pipe were slightly towed in, possibly through shipping so it required heating and separating for proper fitment.)

Great sound and price. I get thumbs up everywhere I go. The directions you have to beware we cut the pipes 5" shorter than they suggested and they fit perfectly. The biggest disappointment is they aren't made in the USA.
I like the sound, which is partly why I cut the lifetime exhaust off a 3 month old car. The measurements on where to cut the existing exhaust didn't work for my car, better off just eyeballing it. The sound clip helped greatly with choosing an axle back systemas well. With the automatic trans it sounds a little weird when going into 4 cylinder mode at lower speeds but not noticeable at cruising speeds.
I do recommend this exhaust enhancement.
AMAZING customer service! Shipping took about 5 days (I live on an Army base in GA and they are in CA). Install is the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars. It didn't fit my 3 inch Texas Speed X pipe. Took it to a muffler shop, got them welded on AND OH MY LORD DO THEY SOUND AMAZING!!!!. It was between these or straight pipes. Let me tell you I get that amazing muscle sound without losing any low end power. I wouldn't change them for the world. Every morning when I go to work or PT everyone looks at my car, people are always coming up to me asking me what in the world I'm running. Amazing bang for your buck.
I recently bought the axle back exhaust system for our new 2015 Camaro convertible. It was easy to install but check before you cut the old pipe. The measurements of 9" is wrong and needs to be around 6 1/2". Thank God I checked first because stretching the pipe 3" ain't gonna happen. I love the no drone, they did an excellent job eliminating the annoying drone. I would have liked the already beautiful exhaust note to be just a little louder but over all it is a great product and seems well made. I gave it 4 stars because of the mistake in the instructions listed above and because I would have liked a little more aggressive sound.
The sound on this is great! At first I thought I might want it louder but after driving it for a few days now I think it is just about perfect for my taste! At idle and acceleration the sound is nice and throaty but hit 65, shift into 6th, hit the cruise, and you glide along in quiet comfort! I like the sound when you get on it but don't want to be droned out on an 8 hour drive.
A bonus is the price!
One note on the install it is a bit tricky on ramps just due to the fact there is not enough clearance to position the sawzall correctly. I ended up cutting at a slight angle and had no problems. ONe thing for me was the included instructions said measure from the rear hanger forward 9 1/2" and cut there. Had I done this on my car it would have been short and I would have been in trouble. I recommend holding up the exhaust and checking fitment before cutting.

The customer service was outstanding and I am proud to know that Legato supports the military as well. Shipping took some time, but I am located on Fort Gordon, GA and the part came from CA (took about 5 days and as reasonable as expected). Was nice in the box and only has one minor scratch on them. They however did not fit my Texas Speed X pipe and had to be taken to a muffler shop where I paid $200 to get them to fit. Sound is great and only some drone when I hover around 2000ish RPM. Overall, I give it 3ish/5 stars

I just got my exhaust today and put it on. It sounds incredible, it's a very mean aggressive sound! But on the inside it has very little noise, they were not kidding when they said "no drone". But don't think that no done means it's not loud, because it is! So as far as sound goes it is beautiful!! The only problem I have with it is the fact that if you want to install this your self with a jack and jack stands... Well it's not the easiest. Don't get me wrong you can do it, I did but it takes longer than an hour, and some patients.
But overall, great job Legato. Best exhaust I've ever heard on a Camaro.

I watched multiple YouTube videos of different exhaust systems before I decided upon the Legato axle back system. Price was a big factor along with what sounded the best. I had the system install by a friend and it was fairly easy. I am extremely pleased! It sounds awesome cruising and idling and there is only a small amount of exhaust sound inside the cab. I would definitely recommend this product.
The box arrived and everything was packaged nicely, double boxed, wrapped, etc. The install took about two hours because I didn't want the first cut to be too much, so I ended up cutting twice but got the perfect fit. Once off the ramps I noticed one side now stuck out further than the other, a quick adjustment by loosening the clamp and all was perfect. Very happy with the sound at idle, not enough to draw undue attention, but under throttle a nice mildly aggressive throaty tone. Best money I could've spent. My next car will also have a Legato exhaust system.
I received the product a couple days after i orderd it really quick process onstallation was really simple in fast got it done at the muffler shop for 40 dollars. When i first turned it on after the installation i was amazed i fell in love with the car all over again lol no drone what so ever!! Price was legit! Would totally recomend. Now my SS Sounds and looks good!!!!
Checked the reviews before i puchased all are dead on the exhaust sound good. It perform like i thought it would it was a good addition to mu upgrades that have been done.
This axle back system has a great tone to it. Although to get the complete sound that I wanted, I had to delete the resonators! Overall, very please with a great price.
Sound was very tame and not much louder than factory mufflers. I was pleased with the price but I guess you get what you pay for.
It's sounds real good fits perfectly and really good price.
I installed the axle back exhaust kit for my camaro and for the cost it's a great buy, had to take the resonator off and add a X-Pipe to get the sound that I wanted. Great Buy for the money
Got this axel back for my '15 Camaro 1LE. It was a simple install. I had my local muffler shop weld it to my exhaust. Quality & Finish is second to none.
So the biggest question, what's the sound quality like?? Well folks, I currently have long tubes with cats with a X-pipe resonator delete....Boy does it purrrr now!! Deep & mellow muscle-tone. Quite when cruising, but when you put your foot in it, it turns into an all out BEAST!!! I'll be posting a video here soon....so stay tuned.
On a further note, the only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the driver's side tip had about a 2-3 cm. scuff/abrasion that was very noticeable. Granted this is my daily driver, but I'm still very OCD about stuff like that. I will be contacting Legato about it to see what they recommend to fix the blemish. Otherwise, this is a great buy & bang for your buck! If you're still on the fence about this system folks, jump off of it now!! Totally worth every penny in my honest opinion.

Legato system sounds very nice. Great tone. Very nice sound. Put your foot in it, and it comes alive. Almost no drone what so ever. Quit pissing around, and buy this system. You will like the way it sounds. My 2015 Camaro SS, sounds like a muscle car should now. I did a resonator delete, installed a x-pipe. And the Legato axle back mufflers. Love it. I have been getting a lot of complements on the sound.
I am really pleased with my axle back.With my long tube headers and x pipe it sounds raw and intimidating at wot but at cruising it is toned down with absolutely no drone.In first and second gear at part throttle it gets a really good sound around 2000 rpm.Just cruising around at about 40 mph with about 10 percent throttle input the torque converter unlocks and the tone changes and you are gauranteed heads will turn even though the throttle is barely pressed.At wot it is not quite as loud as straight pipe but can be heard from a good distance and has a refined sound compared to straight pipes.I am still trying to find a camera to record the sound appropriately so I can post a video.My car is stock other than a complete exhaust system but you think it has a lot more in it by the sound.Cant wait to hear it once I get my supercharger.In park with a quick light throttle input as the engine decceleretes it gets a pop,or burble that I love.Also does that sometimes on start up.At idle it really accents the stock cam to the point that even the average non car person takes notice.Again this is a car with long tube headers and no cats with a 3 inch x pipe.With my setup I can have a noticeable idle,crisp sounding part throttle input,wicked wot and still cruise around and without drone or unwanted attention until I decide its needed.I am really pleased with the system and would order another for my wifes 5.0 mustang if we had not already did her exhaust before mine.

Best axle back exhaust out there for my money. No drone as advertised. The way it should have sounded from the factory. Cruising is as quiet as the original factory exhaust,but Idle and acceleration is much more aggressive ! I've been dying to write a post about how happy I was with the entire process, from the purchase to the product, to the end result. Legato has demonstrated excellent customer service with their follow up emails. Legato axle back exhaust is an excellent product and I was impressed at how well protected the shipment was, having 2 boxes to protect the merchandise. I had a muffler shop do the install for $60 simply because I didn't want to get under the car to cut the pipes without ramps. From what I could tell, installing them would have been a breeze if I had a lift to get my car high enough off the ground.
As far as the sound, it took a day for me to be thrilled with the new sound, perhaps due to the break in period. I absolutely love the sound of it now that it has been on for a few days. It has that deep rumble at cold starts and also when you back off the gas and the RPM's drop. I want everyone out there to know that you cant go wrong with the Legato exhaust system. The price is awesome and the quality is excellent. Why spend a fortune on Corsa, Borla, Magnaflow, Flowmaster,etc when you can achieve similar quality performance and sound out of the Legato system. I don't keep cars beyond 3 years and this offered me the best solution to achieve the sound/performance without breaking the bank, considering I will trade my car in after a few years. I would gladly recommend Legato to anyone looking to buy an exhaust system and save some money.

This system sounds good with or without other exhaust mods and for the money is an unbeatable value for auch rich, smooth sound. I have modified plenty of exhausts before with other name brands and this is a smooth as it gets. Highly recommended. (The hangers for the drivers side pipe were slightly towed in, possibly through shipping so it required heating and separating for proper fitment.)

Great sound and price. I get thumbs up everywhere I go. The directions you have to beware we cut the pipes 5" shorter than they suggested and they fit perfectly. The biggest disappointment is they aren't made in the USA.
I like the sound, which is partly why I cut the lifetime exhaust off a 3 month old car. The measurements on where to cut the existing exhaust didn't work for my car, better off just eyeballing it. The sound clip helped greatly with choosing an axle back systemas well. With the automatic trans it sounds a little weird when going into 4 cylinder mode at lower speeds but not noticeable at cruising speeds.
I do recommend this exhaust enhancement.
AMAZING customer service! Shipping took about 5 days (I live on an Army base in GA and they are in CA). Install is the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars. It didn't fit my 3 inch Texas Speed X pipe. Took it to a muffler shop, got them welded on AND OH MY LORD DO THEY SOUND AMAZING!!!!. It was between these or straight pipes. Let me tell you I get that amazing muscle sound without losing any low end power. I wouldn't change them for the world. Every morning when I go to work or PT everyone looks at my car, people are always coming up to me asking me what in the world I'm running. Amazing bang for your buck.
I recently bought the axle back exhaust system for our new 2015 Camaro convertible. It was easy to install but check before you cut the old pipe. The measurements of 9" is wrong and needs to be around 6 1/2". Thank God I checked first because stretching the pipe 3" ain't gonna happen. I love the no drone, they did an excellent job eliminating the annoying drone. I would have liked the already beautiful exhaust note to be just a little louder but over all it is a great product and seems well made. I gave it 4 stars because of the mistake in the instructions listed above and because I would have liked a little more aggressive sound.
The sound on this is great! At first I thought I might want it louder but after driving it for a few days now I think it is just about perfect for my taste! At idle and acceleration the sound is nice and throaty but hit 65, shift into 6th, hit the cruise, and you glide along in quiet comfort! I like the sound when you get on it but don't want to be droned out on an 8 hour drive.
A bonus is the price!
One note on the install it is a bit tricky on ramps just due to the fact there is not enough clearance to position the sawzall correctly. I ended up cutting at a slight angle and had no problems. ONe thing for me was the included instructions said measure from the rear hanger forward 9 1/2" and cut there. Had I done this on my car it would have been short and I would have been in trouble. I recommend holding up the exhaust and checking fitment before cutting.

The customer service was outstanding and I am proud to know that Legato supports the military as well. Shipping took some time, but I am located on Fort Gordon, GA and the part came from CA (took about 5 days and as reasonable as expected). Was nice in the box and only has one minor scratch on them. They however did not fit my Texas Speed X pipe and had to be taken to a muffler shop where I paid $200 to get them to fit. Sound is great and only some drone when I hover around 2000ish RPM. Overall, I give it 3ish/5 stars
I recently got these installed and I'm in love with the sound. This is what it should have sounded like from the factory, and the pricing is amazing for what you get. Cold start is loud enough to wake up the entire household.

I just got my exhaust today and put it on. It sounds incredible, it's a very mean aggressive sound! But on the inside it has very little noise, they were not kidding when they said "no drone". But don't think that no done means it's not loud, because it is! So as far as sound goes it is beautiful!! The only problem I have with it is the fact that if you want to install this your self with a jack and jack stands... Well it's not the easiest. Don't get me wrong you can do it, I did but it takes longer than an hour, and some patients.
But overall, great job Legato. Best exhaust I've ever heard on a Camaro.
