Nice system installation was easy seems to be good quality my only complaint is a slight drone right around the shift point on normal driving 1800 rpm’s

Easy install sounds awesome!!

Dispite the emails saying that my order has shipped, and been fulfilled, I have not received my order.

Checked the box to make sure everything was there. I checked the instructions and only had one page when there should have been a few. Had to use a file to file down burs where the slots were made on the muffler to get it to slide over the 3 inch pipe all the way. Tighten all the clamps by hand, but couldn't get the clamps on the muffler to seal. I had to keep repositioning the clamps and used an impact gun on very low setting to get a seal. Also on muffler, dont know if it was left there to help drain moisture, but on one of the 2.5 outlets there is a hole in one of the welds. Decent system for the price and I'm content with the quality of sound.

Very pleased with it not to loud but not to quite its perfect!

Pros: the kit is complete and the pipe and muffler are good quality. The tips are nice but do need additional buffing as mine were dingy from manufacturing and not fully polished. The sound is deep and throaty but not loud and i have heard no droning.
CONS: My kit did not come with the plastic shipping inserts and i did have some out of round pipe. The kit is straight forward if you know what your doing but if its your first time your on your own except for email assistance. The web site number no one answers and the phone number on the instructions that says technical support says it doesn't accept phone calls so not helpful and i was missing the first 5 steps so i tried these several times to make sure i didn't miss anything. The WORST part is those freaking clamps! They are the desirable style but you will need a dose of roids, your "man pants", and a team of mules to tighten them down. I am 6-1 220lbs using an 18" Snap-On 3/8" ratchet and it was ALL I could do to tighten most of them to the point where the pipes stopped slipping and secured. I actually snapped off one of the 3/8" metric equivalent bolts trying to lock down a joint and had to get another clamp. The only other issue and this is minor but kicked in my ocd is the last offset piece for both sides is a flat offset and needs to be an off axis offest as the tips on both sides kind of point down and cant be leveled straight. Both sides are this way and the tips are short so it doesn't look like a mistake just a different look. All in all this is a good all inclusive kit and DOES SOUND GOOD just be ready for a workout. Took me about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to do on my back in the driveway with no special tools.

It came boxed up good and everything packed an bent right, fit was good, went on nice.My trouble was the clamps.They dont get tite anought to really hold the exhaust so I got some stainless exhaust U clamps to hold it and was fine..also the holders that go were the factory rubber are..well they slip out in places because theres nothing to stop them to like factory ones do. This is also why I used the clamps too.It was a good price on the system thow..Scott S in Bridgeville,DE

Like other reviews have said. I cut my old pipe out. Install was easy and very straight forward. Instructions were easy to follow. But you probably don't need them. Alignment took a few minutes to get the tips even and straight. Not a major issue. Once I started the truck I was even happier. Legato has knocked it out of the park here. The sound is exactly what I was looking for. Not overpowering inside the cab. Bit if you get into the throttle you hear a very sweet sound. 3 weeks in and I could not be happier. Quality parts and great value. Thank you Legato!!

All that the Legato Corp said it was. Great sound and just the right tone. Pull the trigger on this one you will love it.

The materials seem great and the sound is fantastic. I would rate it with the high end units only with out the high end price. My son is now ordering his.

Install wasnt bad at all, was harder twisting and pulling the old one out. When you install make sure to really tighten each clamp as you go so none of the pipes twist and move. Sounds is perfect for me nothing too crazy but sounds like a truck should. Very happy with this set up.

This is a really nice stainless system. It was relatively easy to install and did not take a ton of time. I spent 3 hours on it. I do have some blow-by that I haven't given any attention yet though. The exhaust is definitely louder than the stock system which is not hard to do, but is also not over the top obnoxious.

Great sound and easy to install but if you have the 6.2L you need to make an adapter pipe

If your looking for a premium cat back exhaust that fits like a glove, this is it. I've installed a lot of exhaust systems and this Legato system rates at the top. I purchased and installed this as a gift to one of my sons and it only took 3 hours start to finish. I even took a few coffee breaks. This exhaust system sounds fantastic and I did not notice a drone in the cab driving down the interstate. Wish I had come across Legato systems before I installed the one on my pickup. Everything was packaged very well and it was fairly easy to install and it sounds great. Instructions could have been better but overall I'm very satisfied!!!

Great system super easy install completed by myself in driveway in about 2 hours !!! Only complaint would be the clamps will not tighten up enough to properly hold in place !!! I decided to tack weld all the joints !! Other than that awesome system sounds great very quite at highway speeds nice growl running around town !!!!

Really happy with the sound and the look!

Love the tone of the exhaust. The install was easy and everything was of a good quality material. No issue with the clamps but I did tach weld mine as well so there should be no issues. Thanks for a good exhaust system at a great price.

Very happy with my new exhaust. Installed in my driveway with the help of a friend in less than 2 hours. Sounds great. Looks great.

installation was a snap 3.25 hours in my drive way, the only draw back is the amount of torque it takes to tighten the band clamps but the sound makes up for it.

At a low idle I get a drowning noise that’s annoying. I have the resonator installed and the catalytic converter isn’t hollowed out so not entirely sure why it does this. Hopefully you can point me in the direction of a fix. Other than that great sound on start up, idle and when getting on it “I love the sound”. Fast delivery, quick install as well. For my stock exhaust removal I didn’t have to cut it in anyway and I didn’t the removal and install myself. Thank you again.

Upon receiving the exhaust and the initial installation, I had a horrible drone between 1700-2100 rpm. I called into your company and was given a part number for a max-flow resonator. Once the resonator was installed, the drone was gone. I love the exhaust and you might want to include a tech note on future sales for a new Silverado 1500 to incorporate the max-flow resonator to block out the drone. I'm glad we were able to identify and resolve the problem without returning the exhaust to you. Joey

It a good kit for the price. The clamps on the other hand not so much. Tightened down with an impact gun to the point I broke a bolt. And it still had blow by. Stainless steel band clamps would be a better choice. Other then that great kit
